进入21世纪以来，变动中的世界政治经济新格局对国际能源形势产生了重要影响。通过多边合作以应对国际能源形势的新特点和新变化，进而有效保障国家能源安全，已成为新时期中国能源安全战略的必然选择。本文着重分析中国在国际能源多边合作中所面临的机遇和挑战，并就应对策略提出相关政策性建议。

Since the beginning of the 21 st century, the change of the new international political and econom- ic system has made important influences on the international energy situation. Thus, multilateral coopera- tion which adjusts to the new characteristics of the global energy situation and effective protection of energy security are a necessary choice to China＇s energy policy in this era. The paper focuses on the analysis of China＇s opportunities and challenges in multilateral energy cooperation, and puts forward the suggestions that we must fully use domestic and foreign energy and markets, develop comprehensive and multi-level in- ternational cooperation in both traditional and new energy fields, form a safe, and modern energy industrial system, and promote international cooperation in steady, gas＆oil economical, clean , coal, electricity, nuclear, and new energy industries.
