人在,情感即在.以20世纪80年代为界,情感研究由先前的哲学和心理学占主导逐渐转变为社会学、经济学、管理学等众多学科领域的研究热点之一.近十余年来,国际旅游学界的学者也开始对旅游现象中的情感问题进行研究并取得初步成果;国内此领域则少有人关注.本文认为,游客情感当是旅游背景下情感研究的核心任务之一.鉴于此,本文从游客情感的影响因素、游客情感的动态变化、游客情感产生的影响以及其他4个方面对国外文献进行梳理;并从管理学、消费者行为学、旅游体验以及其他4个视角总结与评析国内学者有关游客情感的研究工作.研究发现,拓展研究主题、丰富研究方法、综合援引各相关学科的理论知识是国内外旅游学界情感研究的发展趋势.

So long as man breathes emotion exists. Before the 1980s, emotions were mainly studied by philosophers and psychologists. However, since that time, emotion research has gradually emerged as one of the new focuses of sociology, economics, and management. In the past more than ten years time, scholars of international tourism research started to study problems of emotion in tourism phenomenon and achieved initial results. However few of the domestic scholars have noticed this area. The authors believe that the emotions of tourists is one of the essential task of emotion studies in tourism context. Based on this thought, the paper reviewed foreign literatures from four aspects namely influential factors, dynamic changes, impact and others, and made a summary and analysis of domestic studies from management, consumer behavior, tourist experience perspectives. The findings show that expanding subjects, enriching methods and absorbing comprehensively knowledge from other relevant disciplines are the trends of emotion research both in domestic and foreign tourism research circles.
