身体是民族体育发展的介质和载体,在少数民族体育发展的过程中其身体文化本相亦发生了变迁。运用文献资料、逻辑推理和例证分析等研究方法,在剖析少数民族体育的身体文化本相与多样化展现的基础上,对少数民族体育的身体文化变迁进行了研究。结果显示,少数民族体育的身体文化分别从仪式、技能、展演、竞争方面发生了从祭祀到娱乐、从御敌到竞技、从民俗到遗产、从族民到全民的发展变迁。

The body is the medium and carrier for the development of ethnic sports. The stages for the development of body culture have changed in the process of the development of the ethnic sports. The body culture started as demonstra- tion at rituals, for skills, performances and competitions. It was first started for sacrifice and later for recreation. It was originally for fighting the enemy and later for competition. At present, it has become a legacy practiced not only by the ethnic groups but also by all the people.
