目的:通过实施12周"万步行"活动,研究体力活动(PA)水平不同的中年女性健身效果。方法:筛选30名受试者,按照加速度计的测试结果将其分为PA活跃组和不足组,实施12周"万步行"活动,每天采用计步器记录日行总步数。12周活动结束后根据记录表,分析两组受试者达到10000步/天的完成情况,计算平均每日增加的总步数,研究此项干预措施对身体成分、糖脂代谢等方面的影响。结果:PA活跃组"万步行"达标率为88.24%,PA不足组达标率为46.15%,两组之间有显著性差异(P〈0.05);运动干预后,两组受试者的身体成分、血糖、血脂四项均有显著性改善,其中PA不足组改善程度最为显著(P〈0.05),结论:"万步行"对中年女性身体成分、糖脂代谢等均有良好的改善、调节作用,尤其对PA不足的中年女性改善效果更为显著。

A research was made into the effects of twelve weeks' ten-thousand-step walking on the health promotion of middle-aged women at different PA levels. Thirty participants were divided into PA active group and PA insufficient group according to the aceelerometer testing results. Both groups took part in the 12 weeks' walking and recorded the total step number each day by pedometer. At the end of the activity, the completion state of ten- thousand steps everyday were ana- lyzed based on the record, and the average increased steps per day was calculated to study the effects of this intervention on body composition, blood glucose and lipid metabolisrr~ It could be seen that the completion rate of PA active group was 88. 24%, and 46. 15% for the PA insufficient group, which showed a significant difference (P〈0. 05) between the two groups. After the exercise intervention, the body composition, blood glucose, TC, TG, I.DL-C and HDL-C of the partic- ipants in both groups were improved significantly, and with a more significant improvement for PA insufficient group(P〈0. 05). It could be concluded that the ten-thousand-step walking could significantly improve and adjust the body composition, glucose and lipid metabolism of middle-aged women, particularly for those with insufficient PA.
