基于自我决定理论,采用问卷调查法,以523名大学生运动员为研究对象,运用因素分析、相关分析与回归分析,探讨教练家长式领导行为对大学生运动员心理幸福感的影响及其内在的作用机制。结果表明:教练家长式领导行为对大学生心理幸福感有显著的预测力,大学生运动员基本心理需求满足在其中具有部分中介作用;激励气氛在教练家长式领导行为与大学生运动员基本心理需求满足感之间具有正向的调节作用,即激励气氛得分越高,这种正向关系也越强;激励气氛对家长式领导行为与大学生运动员心理幸福感关系的调节作用,是部分地通过大学生运动员基本心理需求满足为中介而产生。
基于自我決定理論,採用問捲調查法,以523名大學生運動員為研究對象,運用因素分析、相關分析與迴歸分析,探討教練傢長式領導行為對大學生運動員心理倖福感的影響及其內在的作用機製。結果錶明:教練傢長式領導行為對大學生心理倖福感有顯著的預測力,大學生運動員基本心理需求滿足在其中具有部分中介作用;激勵氣氛在教練傢長式領導行為與大學生運動員基本心理需求滿足感之間具有正嚮的調節作用,即激勵氣氛得分越高,這種正嚮關繫也越彊;激勵氣氛對傢長式領導行為與大學生運動員心理倖福感關繫的調節作用,是部分地通過大學生運動員基本心理需求滿足為中介而產生。

Based on the self-determination theory, this paper was to explore the effects of coaches' paternalistic leadership behaviors and psychological well-being on the college athletes, as well as the internal mechanism. 523 college athletes were chosen while factor analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis were used. The results showed that:① The coaches' paternalistic leadership behaviors had positive predictive effects of psychological well-being in the athletes, and this relationship was mediated by basic psychological needs satisfaction; ②Motivational climate positively moderated the relationship between the coaches' paternalistic leadership behaviors and the athletes' basic psychological needs satisfac- tion in college, namely, that the main effect was stronger when the moderator was high; ③Motivational climate acted as a mediated-moderator which moderated the relationship between coaches' paternalistic leadership behaviors and psychologi- cal well-being in college athletes.
