作为中国土地革命战争时期的川滇黔革命老区，在红军长征、南方红军游击战争中都有着重要的历史地位和贡献。顺应党和国家对革命老区开发建设新的战略决策，云南、贵州、四川三省应该加强协作，深化研究，积极谋划实施区域发展一体化战略，弘扬革命老区精神，实现川滇黔革命老区的跨越式发展，使老区人民与全国人民共同建成全面小康社会。
作為中國土地革命戰爭時期的川滇黔革命老區，在紅軍長徵、南方紅軍遊擊戰爭中都有著重要的歷史地位和貢獻。順應黨和國傢對革命老區開髮建設新的戰略決策，雲南、貴州、四川三省應該加彊協作，深化研究，積極謀劃實施區域髮展一體化戰略，弘颺革命老區精神，實現川滇黔革命老區的跨越式髮展，使老區人民與全國人民共同建成全麵小康社會。
작위중국토지혁명전쟁시기적천전검혁명로구，재홍군장정、남방홍군유격전쟁중도유착중요적역사지위화공헌。순응당화국가대혁명로구개발건설신적전략결책，운남、귀주、사천삼성응해가강협작，심화연구，적겁모화실시구역발전일체화전략，홍양혁명로구정신，실현천전검혁명로구적과월식발전，사로구인민여전국인민공동건성전면소강사회。
During the agrarian revolutionary war, the old revolutionary area in Sichuan, Yunnan and Guizhou had an important historical place and made great contribution in the period of the long march and the guerrilla war of the red army in the south. Responding to the new strategy for developing the old revolutionary areas of the party and the country, the cooperation among Yunnan, Guizhou and Sichuan provinces should be strengthened in order to actively design the regional development integration strategy and carry forward the old revolutionary spirit. This will contribute to the great -leap -forward development in this area and further enable it to step into a prosperous society with the whole nation.
