长江经济带既是一条内河经济带,也是一条内河文化带。促进长江文化产业连片发展是新常态下建设好长江经济带的重要突破口。而从文化和科技融合视角,研究文化产业的科技传导机制问题,是更好地促进长江经济带内文化产业连片发展的理论基础。通过构建文化产业的科技传导黑箱模型,发现科技创新主要是通过作用生产力要素、市场需求、产业结构、市场竞争等中介变量对文化产业施加影响。为了促进文化产业连片发展,长江经济带内各省市应协同创新、抱团创新,着力构建文化产业技术的跨域创新联盟模式,文化科技复合型人才的跨域培养模式,以及现代文化产业市场体系的跨域共建模式。
