编辑校本培训是较适合学报编辑培训需求的一种校内在职培训。媒体融合要求高校学报编辑要熟悉数字出版相关的知识和技术,具有较强的创新思维能力和学习能力、良好的新媒体素养和信息素养以及开阔的国际化视野。编辑校本培训具有自我组织,指向明确,针对性强,培训方式灵活多样和工学矛盾小,培训收益好的优势,能有效提高学报编辑队伍的素质。学报编辑校本培训应成立一个强有力的组织领导机构,制定切合实际的培训目标,开发出符合学报实际需求的培训课程,利用各方面的培训师资,创新培训形式,脚踏实地地开展培训工作,切实提高学报编辑队伍的素质。

Editorial school--based training is a kind of campus in--service training which is appropriate for the need of journal editorial department training. It is required from the media convergence that the journal editors should be familiar with knowledge and technology of digital publishing, have strong ability of innovative thinking and learning, new media literacy, information attainment and expansively international vision. The training has the advantage of self--organizing, distinct referring, and high pertinency, flexible training methods as well as superiority of small contradiction between working and learning, and good benefits of training so as to enhance the editors' quality effectively. For journal editorial school--based training a potent leading organization should be established which will set a practical training goal, develop training courses that meet the journal's actual need, make use of all kinds of training to train teachers, create new training forms, carry out training works down--to--earthly, and improve the editors' quality effectively.
