为防控快速城镇化所引发的热岛效应这一衍生灾害,提升城市微气候环境质量,应用城市气候学、生态学和环境科学等多学科研究方法,从评价城市微气候影响的结构性要素和分析规划案例入手,理清了土地与空间结构、产业与能源结构等对热岛效应的影响机理,取得了利用低碳规划方法缓减热岛效应的理论成果;提出了要有效缓解城市热岛效应,必须实现城市结构的低碳转型,构建能源多元供给体系,发展循环经济产业,减少降低交通出行需求的研究结论。

In order to prevent urban heat island effect , the derivative disaster caused by rapid urbanization , and to improve the environment quality of urban microclimate , this paper uses multidisciplinary research methods of Urban Climatology , E-cology and Environment Science , etc., starting from evaluating the effective constructing elements of urban microclimate and the analysis of planning cases , figures out the influence mechanism of land and layout , industry and energy utilization , etc.on the urban heat island effect .and has achieved theory results of slowing down the urban heat island effect by low -carbon planning .In addition, the conclusions such as low-carbon transformation of urban structure , construction of energy multi-supply system, development of circle economy industry , reducing of transportation , etc.have been presented to re-duce heat island effect in this paper .
