伪满时期,在日伪的殖民政策下,东北的中医文化、中医医术、中药行业以及中医界人士受到严重打压和奴役,中医事业的发展和中医文化的传承几乎中断。有压迫就有反抗,在中医界人士不屈不挠的联合斗争下,日伪政权被迫重新审视中医文化,恢复了中医考试制度,重新开展医学教育,才使得东北的中医药事业在夹缝中艰难地生存和前行。

Traditional Chinese medical culture, techniques, medicine business and people in the undertakings were severely oppressed and enslaved under the colonial policy of Japanese troops during the Puppet Manchuria Period. The development of traditional Chinese medical business and the inheritance of the industry in northeastern area had hardly continued. Where there was a oppression, there was a resistance. With people＇ s preserving u- nited fight, the puppet regime were forced to contemplate the traditional Chinese medical culture again. They rein- stated the examination system and restarted the medical science education, which made the traditional Chinese medical undertakings in northeastern area survive and move on in an very tough way.
