In the different background of times, the practice of China socialist has made certain historical contribution to Marx＇ s theory of international relations. The contribution mainly displays in ： the proposal and practice of the five principles of peaceful coexistence is the development of diplomatic principle of Marx＇ s state in the times. It creates the precedent of Marx＇ s general principle of diplomacy, and shows the new model of a great power＇ s rise,and also proves the new idea about the development of a country with Marx doctrine of international relations. So it becomes the innovation of Marx＇ s state model of foreign relationship on the ideas of equality and mutual benefit, cooperation, both-wining. The new order of Chinese international view enriches Marx＇ s concept of international order, embodies the essence of Marx doctrine on the viewpoint of international order, and it is the inno- vation of sinicizing the Marx＇ s doctrine on international order.
