目前党员教师队伍中存在着党性意识淡薄、忽视育人教育观念和弱化党员标准等不良现象,研究党员教师在高校群众路线教育实践活动中的角色定位势在必行。党员教师是学校的骨干,同行的楷模,学生的引导者,通过制度建设可以规范党员教师走群众路线的长效化,日常工作促使党员教师发挥先锋模范角色的常态化,终身学习促进角色与时俱进,尤其是关键时刻彰显党员教师高尚的政治觉悟。党员教师正能量角色的发挥可以促进高校教科研水平和人才培养质量的提升,有利于推动高校党建工作和教育改革的创新与发展。

At present, some adverse phenomena such as indifferent party spirit consciousness, slighting the con- cept of educating people and weakening standard of party member, exist in CPC member teachers,it is indispensable to study CPC member teachers＇ role in mass line education practice activities in colleges. CPC member teachers are backbone of school, role models of colleague, guides of students. CPC member teachers can persist effect in the mass line through institution-building, and play a vanguard and exemplary role in daily work, and make progress with times by lifelong learning, especially highlight political consciousness at the zero hour. Positive energy role of CPC member teachers can improve level of teaching and research in universities and quality of talent cultivation, and promote party construction innovation and education reform development in colleges and universities.
