社会主义核心价值观培育是一项复杂的系统工程。社会主义核心价值观培育系统工程的建设不仅依赖于其构成要素,而且还取决于要素间的组合方式及其相互关系。＂培育系统＂与外部环境是双向作用关系,而非单向关系。在实施培育工程中,应正确认识、处理和协调好系统内部各要素、系统与环境的相互关系;既要优化环境,也要优化系统要素和系统本身。

Socialist core values cultivation is a complicated engineering system. The construction of the system not only relies on its constitutions, but depends on the combination and relation between each ele- ment. The relationship between the ＂training system＂ and the external environment is two-way interac- tion, rather than one-way. In the implementation of training project, we should exactly recognize and har- monize the mutual relationship between elements, system and environment while implementing the cultiva- tion. We should optimize not only the environment, but also the essentials of system and the system itself.
