疾病认知不仅是一种生理体验,更是一套建立在地方性知识实践基础上的文化认同,决定着患者的医疗抉择。超自然论病因观,是四川凉山彝族医疗抉择的文化认同基础。由此,彝族构建起疾病治疗实践体系,并通过患者的疾病治疗体验和毕摩、苏尼的疾病治疗经验,社区的疾病预防实践得以不断强化。现代医疗体系介入民族地区医疗服务过程中,必须认识到文化认同在医疗抉择中的主导作用,树立文化相对论意识,从文化认同感培育入手,促进民族地区就医观念的转变。

Illness cognition is not only a kind of physiological experience, but also cultural identity based on the practice of local knowledge, which determines the medical choice of patients. The theory of super- natural etiology is the base of cultural identity about the medical choice for the Yi ethnic group in Liang- shan, Sichuan province. Thus, the Yi people build up a practical system for the disease treatment, and in- creasingly strengthen the practice of disease prevention in the community by patients＇ disease treatment experience, Bimo and Suni＇s experience in disease treatment. When modern medical system gets into the process of medical service in ethnic areas, we should recognize the leading role of cultural identity in the medical choice, set up cultural relativism consciousness, and promote the transformation of the medical treatment concept from the cultivation of the cultural identity in ethnic areas.
