《文选》录入陆云的诗凡四题五首。《大将军宴会被命作诗》是应成都王司马颖之命而作,肉麻地吹捧这位主公,并无可取,但具有相当的史料价值。《为顾彦先赠妇二首》是代言体的佳作,反映了一批前孙吴精英到洛阳来谋取出路、不得不别妇抛雏的哀伤以及内心的矛盾。《答兄机》作于太康十年（289）,其时陆机赴洛,滞留在故乡的陆云为他送行。《答张士然》是回赠张悛（字士然）之作,抒写乡愁和目下的辛苦,是了解其时在洛阳之东南士族精英精神世界的重要文献。
《문선》록입륙운적시범사제오수。《대장군연회피명작시》시응성도왕사마영지명이작,육마지취봉저위주공,병무가취,단구유상당적사료개치。《위고언선증부이수》시대언체적가작,반영료일비전손오정영도락양래모취출로、불득불별부포추적애상이급내심적모순。《답형궤》작우태강십년（289）,기시륙궤부락,체류재고향적륙운위타송행。《답장사연》시회증장전（자사연）지작,서사향수화목하적신고,시료해기시재락양지동남사족정영정신세계적중요문헌。
Five poems of Lu Yun are included in Wenxuan. ＂Appointed on the Banquet of the General＂ was written by Lu Yun under the order of Si Ma Ying, prince of Chengdu. Lu Yun flattered the prince in the poem and though it is pointless, it is of historical value. The two poems of ＂Giving to Gu Yanxian＂ was a masterpiece in first-person narrator style. It reflected a group of elites who working for the former Sun Wu came to make a living in Luoyang and had to leave their wife and children back at home. The poem ＂An- swer to My Brother Lu Ji＂ was written in the year of 289 AD when Lu Ji was going to Luoyang and Lu Yun was seeing him off in their hometown. ＂Answer to Zhang Shiran＂ is a poem return to Zhang Jun which expressed Lu Yun＇s nostalgia and hardships in making a living in Luoyang, and is an important doc- ument to know the spiritual world of southeast intelligentsia in Luoyang.
