The paper concretely illustrates the features of the executive j udicial responsibility system in Qing dynasty.At that time,the law system was definitely complete.But in the procedure of applica-tion of the law,there were so many problems which resulted in the breakup of the system.The essay drew the lessons from the period of the history and enlightened the inspiration for the today j udicature.
