在传统思想教育背景下，随着网络新媒体技术更新，一种新媒体———辅导员博客在各大高校中迅速应用与推广，其开展情况与实效性如何？论文以此为出发点，通过对部分院校辅导员和学生的统计调查，一方面通过问卷调查分析，总结出辅导员博客实施状况，另一方面，从实际问题入手，为更好发挥辅导员博客实效性提供可借鉴的参考依据。调查分析表明，辅导员博客实效性的发挥从制度体系、辅导员博客团队、博客内容、多种教育媒体手段四个方面入手，是提高辅导员博客实效性的有效途径。

With the update of new online media technology,college counselors’blog has become popular and been applied widely on campus.To investigate its development and effect,this paper made a statis-tical survey of many college counselors and students.On the one hand,it draws a conclusion of the im-plementation status of college counselors’blog;on the other hand,it provides important reference for improving the efficiency of college counselor’s blog.The analysis of the survey shows that the four points— institutional system,blogging stuff,blog content and multi-media technology are useful ap-proaches to improve the effect of college counselor’s blog.
