本文通过对我国现代高等教育规律研究和民族院校办学经验凝练的简要回顾,提出民族院校作为一种特殊的高等教育形式,除了要借鉴和遵循普通高等学校办学的基本经验和一般规律外,还要不断总结自身的办学经验和独特的办学规律。作者在吸收前人关于民族院校办学经验总结和理论研究成果的基础上,初步概括了民族院校办学的基本规律。

This paper first makes a brief review of the studies on the laws of modern higher education and the experience of school running of ethnic universities in China. It then points out that as a special form of higher education, ethnic universities should both follow the basic experience and general laws of general institutions of higher education and constantly summarize their own experience and unique laws in school running. The writer summarizes the basic laws of school running of ethnic universities on the basis of absorbing previous studies and theories in this field.
