为了解甘肃省临夏回族自治州高中数学教师的培训需求,采用调查研究法对270名高中数学教师进行了培训需求调研。调查结果表明:从培训内容需求来看,教师的需求与工作需要紧密结合,关注教学与教研;从培训方式需求来看,喜欢短期集中校外脱产培训,希望综合化的教学方法,希望更多地走入优质校观摩学习与专题讨论;从对培训机构与培训者的需求来看,教师对高师院校以及教师培训中心组织的培训认同感较高,看重培训者的教学经验与对数学教育前沿知识的了解。基于以上结果,提出应加强民族地区教师对培训需求重要性的认识;关注教师作为成人学习者的特点,重视教师培训需求在有效教学中的作用;尊重民族地方特色,合理开发课程方案,科学设置培训课程;创新培训机制,立足长效,关注教师培训效果。

A survey was made to investigate the training needs of 270 high school mathematics teachers in Linxia Hui Autonomous Prefecture of Gansu Province. The results show that in terms of training content, teachers hope to combine teachers' needs with work and focus on teaching and research; in terms of training mode, they prefer short-termed off campus training in which comprehensive teaching methods are used including observation learning in model schools and seminars; and in terms of training body and trainers, they take more to training organized by higher learning institutions and teacher training centers, they value teaching experiences of trainers and want to know more about frontier knowledge of mathematics teaching. Based on these results, this paper proposes that we should enhance the understanding of the importance of training needs of teachers in ethnic regions, take into consideration the characteristics of teachers who are adult learners, attach importance to the role of training needs in effective teaching, respect ethnic and local features, develop rational teaching plan, set up a scientific training curriculum, innovate training mechanism, and focus on long-term training effect.
