通过对某地方高校近四年来高级职称评定中参评者“科研业绩成果摘录表”的内容分析,“深描”了底层学术场域中科研生态恶化的现实:独立学者在坚持“真理逻辑”的过程中遭遇了“劣币驱逐良币”的逆向淘汰;而机会主义者也在追逐“成功逻辑”的过程中陷入了“日丹诺夫主义法则”的陷阱。鉴于此,底层独立学者只能对既有的科研建制采取“继承策略”,从而沦落为权宜性地利用“马太效应”的学霸;而机会主义者则采取了维护现存科研建制的“保守策略”。鉴于底层学者科研生存生态恶化的普遍性,需要从资源约束、制度“真空”等社会结构层次中寻找动因。

We describe the phenomenon of deterioration of underlying research ecology by content analysis of "research performance excerpt forms" which are used for evaluating candidates for senior professional titles through the past four years in a local universi- ty. Because of "bad money driving out good money" , independent scholars in adherence to the "logic of truth" suffered adverse elimi- nation, and opportunist of scholars caugbt in a trap of "Zhdanov doctrine law" in pursuit of "logic of success" . During this process, independent scholars adapt to succession strategies to the existing research institution and made use of the Matthew effect. In contrast, opportunists of scholars adapt to conservation strategies to sustain the existing research institution and gained vested interest. Given the common imbalance of the underlying scientific ecology, we need to look for the reasons for "truth logic" instead of "success logic" from macro-level of social structures of resource constraints and institution void.
