产业集群升级导向战略确定后,在战略实施阶段,高管团队作为推动集群升级的主要负责单元,其内部高管成员之间胜任特征是否匹配显得十分关键。针对集群企业高管团队胜任特征的内部匹配问题,本文在钻石模型的基础上,依据产业集群升级导向的要求确定评价指标体系,站在最有利于高管成员匹配的角度构建个体优势识别模型,并对结果进行聚类分析,计算出高管成员的认可比例,进而选出内部匹配的高管成员,实现集群升级导向下高管团队的内部匹配。

When the strategy guided by industrial cluster's upgrading is determined, in the strategy implementation phase, the top management team acts as the main responsibility unit for promoting the cluster' s upgrading, so it is a key factor whether the competency of top management team matches or not. Aiming at the internal matching problem on the competency of top management team in industrial cluster, the evaluation index system is determined according to the model of the diamond and the requirements of industrial cluster' s upgrading. The individual advantage identification model is constructed from the perspective which is most advantaged to the individual :matching. The clustering analysis of individual advantage identifica- tion results is carried out and the order of approved proportions can be calculated. Then, the management members could be chosen to achieve internal matching guided by industrial cluster' s upgrading.
