近年来赣州承接产业转移项目和利用外资规模高速增长、产业结构不断优化和日趋合理，但承接转移的产业集中于制造业，第三产业比重偏低；区域过于集中，国际化程度不高；项目规模偏小，产业层次不高；转移时过度看重经济数量增长，忽视可持续发展；交通基础设施不够完善，转移载体功能有限。赣州承接产业转移应坚持可持续性原则、因地制宜原则、市场主导与政府推动相结合原则，加快城市化发展步伐，扩大市场规模；加快人力资源的开发，建立健全人才培养和引进机制；加强交通基础设施建设；加快产业园区建设，提高产业配套能力；扩大开放力度，积极主动承接产业转移。

In recent years, Ganzhou＇ s undertaking industrial transfer projects and the scale of using foreign capitals has been increased rapidly, and industrial structure has been increasingly optimized and reasonable. But the transfer of industry focuses on manufacturing industry, and the proportion of the tertiary industry is low; regional concentration is too high, while interna- tionalization degree is not high; scale of projects is small, and the level of industry is not high; overemphasize the econom- ic growth and ignore the sustainable development; and the transportation infrastructure is imperfect, and the transfer vector function is limited. Ganzhou undertaking industrial transfer should insist on the principle of sustainability, the principle of adjusting measures to local conditions and the principle of combining market guidance with the government promotion. Also we should speed up the pace of urbanization development and expand the size of the market to promote economic growth; speed up the development of human resources, and establish and improve the personnel training and introduction mechanism; strengthen the construction of infrastructure facilities; accelerate the construction of industrial park to improve industrial supporting ability; open wider to the outside and undertake industrial transfer actively.
