从产业结构与收入结构的相似系数、产业结构与收入结构效应的动态关系、产业结构与基尼系数等几个层面对产业结构与收入分配的关系进行了探讨,并根据产业结构与收入结构相似系数,将31个省市划分为四种类型。从产业结构效应与收入结构效应的VAR模型分析来看,产业结构效应的调整会对收入结构产生正面影响,但这一影响相对较小;利用2000-2013年31省市区面板估计基尼系数与产业结构关系,结果表明,产业结构调整有利于缩小贫富差距,但调整产业结构要兼顾各个省市区要素禀赋,同时要兼顾不同省市区的情况,因为各省市间存在显著差异。

From the angle of the similarity coefficient of industrial structure and income structure, the dynamic relationship between in- dustrial structure and income structure effects, industrial structure and Gini coefficient, this paper discusses the relationship between industrial structure and income distribution. According to the similarity coefficient of industrial structure and in- come structure, 31 provinces are divided into four types. From the VAR model of industrial structure effects and income structure effects, adjustment of industrial structure effects has a positive impact on income structure effects. But the impact will be weaker than a direct effect on income structure. Results of the estimate of Gini coefficient and the industrial structure of the panel data of 2000- 2013 in 31 provinces show that the adjustment of industrial structure contributes to narrowing the gap between the rich and the poor. The adjustment of industrial structure should take into account the factor endowment and the differences between provinces.
