电商与快递协同发展是保障两者又好又快发展的重要基础。当前我国电商与快递协同发展趋势明显，但总体上前者还受制于后者发展；网购节日化特征、双方服务水平相对不足、行业竞争无序及利益分配机制不健全等因素制约两者协同发展；两者协同发展天然属性及两者快速发展前景为协同发展提供基础动力，政策助推、产业演化及环境助推为两者协同发展提供现实动力，前者注定两者协同发展将呈现更加紧密趋势，后者会加快这一趋势的进程。

The restricting factors include the festival features of online shopping,the problems of service quality,the disordered competition,unsound interests allocation mechanism,and so on. The promoting factors include the natural attribute of the coordinated development,the rapid development prospects,the government＇s policy,the industry evolution and the development environment. The first two determines that they will collaborate more closely,and the latter three can accelerate the process.
