传统聚落旅游是一种回归自然、重温乡土文化的一种旅游体验方式。以靖港古镇为例,以“旅游三阶段”体验模式为研究视角,采用游客感知法,发放360份问卷,调查发掘了该古镇游客在旅游准备体验阶段、旅游游览体验阶段和旅游结束体验阶段三个阶段中的旅游意愿、旅游满意度、旅游偏好等所反映的主要问题与原因。研究结果表明:(1)该古镇旅游开发还存在旅游市场辐射半径小,以望城区周边地区为主要客源市场;(2)地方依恋感低,以“半日游”的旅游形式为主;参与深度低,以人文景观、水景生态等的观光与休闲旅游模式占主导地位;旅游产品层次低,缺乏地方风情感强的文化氛围和休闲度假、商务会议、酒店酒吧等高端旅游产品;传统文化意境感低,主要原因在于传统建筑风貌格局缺失、传统性文化服务氛围缺乏、赋予传统文化内涵的营销手段匮乏、旅游主题形象地域性特征不明显等方面等。据此,针对这些被发掘出来的问题及其原因提出了关于该古镇进一步加强在“旅游体验三阶段”中的相关旅游开发建议。

Traditional Settlement tourism is a return to nature,to relive one way travel experience of the local culture.In Jing-gang ancient town,for example,the “three-stage tour”experience model is taken as the research perspective,the tourists per-ceive method is used,360 questionnaires were distributed and the visitor’s experience in the travel preparation stage in the ancient town were explored.The main issues and causes of the stage of tourism and tourist excursions to experience the end of stage experience of the three stages of travel wishes,tourism satisfaction and travel preferences were also discussed.The re-sults showed that:(1)there is a small town tourism development radius of marketing,mainly in the major source markets loo-king around the surrounding urban areas;(2)a low sense of place attachment,mainly in “picnic”,the travel patterns,low par-ticipation in depth,mainly in landscape,water features and ecological sightseeing and leisure travel patterns;tourism product level is low,the lack of strong local winds emotional culture and leisure,business meetings,the hotel bars and other high-end tourism products;traditional cultural sense of low mood,mainly due to the missing of the traditional architectural style pat-tern,the lack of cultural services of the traditional atmosphere and marketing of traditional culture and the lack of regional characteristics of tourism theme image and other reasons.Accordingly,the relevant issues and reasons are explored and the rel-evant proposals for tourism development to further strengthen the ancient town in the “tourist experience three stages”are put forward.
