为了探索衡阳市东洲岛丝瓜上根结发生严重的原因,该文从作物连作、多年田间发病情况、病原物、病原物表面及土壤优势真菌种类及其对根结线虫作用等方面进行了调查和研究.结果表明:该岛上多年大面积连续种植丝瓜,丝瓜根结发病率和发病程度均逐年增加,病原经形态学鉴定为南方根结线虫,感染根结线虫的丝瓜病根及其根际土壤中的优势真菌为同一种镰刀菌(Fusarium sp.),该菌对根结线虫的卵无寄生作用,且对孵化有一定的促进效果.本研究对分析东洲岛根结线虫病发生严重的原因提供了一定的科学依据.
為瞭探索衡暘市東洲島絲瓜上根結髮生嚴重的原因,該文從作物連作、多年田間髮病情況、病原物、病原物錶麵及土壤優勢真菌種類及其對根結線蟲作用等方麵進行瞭調查和研究.結果錶明:該島上多年大麵積連續種植絲瓜,絲瓜根結髮病率和髮病程度均逐年增加,病原經形態學鑒定為南方根結線蟲,感染根結線蟲的絲瓜病根及其根際土壤中的優勢真菌為同一種鐮刀菌(Fusarium sp.),該菌對根結線蟲的卵無寄生作用,且對孵化有一定的促進效果.本研究對分析東洲島根結線蟲病髮生嚴重的原因提供瞭一定的科學依據.

In order to find out the reasons of the serious root-knot nematode disease occurred in Dongzhou Island of Hengyang city,the experiment was carried out to investigate continuous cropping,field incidence,pathogen,advantage fungi in the body of nematode and soil and its effect on the pathogen of root-knot nematodes.The results showed that the towel gourd was con-tinuous planted in large areas in the island for many years and the incidence and degree of the disease are increasing year by year.The disease pathogen was identified as Meloidogyne incognita by the morphological characteristics of perineum pattern of female adult.The advantage fungi,isolated from the soil and loofah root which infected by root knot nematode,was identified as Fusarium sp.by morphological characteristics.Then the effect of fermented liquid of the fungus was test on the root-knot nematode eggs hatching.The study showed the fungi was no significant inhibition on the hatching of nematode and no infect to the nematode eggs,but there was some promoting effect.This study provided some scientific basis to analyze the reasons for the serious occurrence of root knot nematode on the Dongzhou Island.
