公共信息资源开发利用作为信息资源开发利用的重要组成部分，在推进信息化、促进信息消费、满足人民群众精神文化需求等方面发挥着越来越重要的作用。文章分析了西安公共信息资源开发利用的现状与存在的问题，提出了提高公共信息资源开发利用水平、加快信息资源基础设施建设等建议，以期对我国公共信息资源开发和利用有所裨益。

Public information resources development and utilization of information resources as an important part of the development and utilization of information resources in advancing the informatization, promoting information consumption, meeting people＇s spiritual and cultural needs and other aspects are playing an increasingly important role. This paper analyzes the current situation and the existing problems of public information resources development and utilization in Xi＇ an and puts up some advices to improve the level of public information resources development and utilization, accelerate information resources infrastructure and so on, in order to promote the development and utilization of public information resources in Xi＇ an.
