文章以CNKI企业知识产权管理调查类文献为依据，基于扎根理论，归结了影响中国企业知识产权管理的主要因素，得出“价值能力”是影响企业知识产权管理的核心因素，构建了基于“价值能力”的知识产权管理机理。企业知识产权管理的主要影响因素包括驱动因素、阻力因素和环境因素，这些因素作用于“价值能力”的创造阶段、运营阶段和获取阶段，最终导致企业知识产权管理绩效不佳。在此基础上，提出了企业知识产权管理的对策建议，以期为企业科学制定知识产权战略规划、提高管理绩效提供指导和参考。

This paper concludes the major factors which affect enterprise intellectual property management in China, builds mechanism based on the value capability for the enterprise intellectual property management according to the works of enterprise intellectual property management survey in CNKI based on grounded theory. It shows that the enterprise intellectual property management was affected by three ma- jor factors such as driving factor, obstruction factor and environment factor. These factors act on three dif- ferent stages of value capability, which are the creation stage, the operation stage and the acquisition stage, and result the poor performance in enterprise intellectual property management. And on that basis, we give some suggestions for the enterprise intellectual property management, in order to guide the enterprise in establishing intellectual property plan and improving management performance.
