民族团结是各族人民的生命线。西藏高校能否有效开展民族团结教育,关系到西藏地区的社会和谐稳定和国家安全。西藏高校民族团结教育系统,从静态看,由教育者、教育对象、教育媒介和教育环境四要素构成;从动态看,包括调研决策、实施执行、组织协调、评估反馈和应急预警五个运行环节。理顺关系、规范行为、沟通信息和建立保障是构建教育系统运行的长效机制的基本措施。
民族糰結是各族人民的生命線。西藏高校能否有效開展民族糰結教育,關繫到西藏地區的社會和諧穩定和國傢安全。西藏高校民族糰結教育繫統,從靜態看,由教育者、教育對象、教育媒介和教育環境四要素構成;從動態看,包括調研決策、實施執行、組織協調、評估反饋和應急預警五箇運行環節。理順關繫、規範行為、溝通信息和建立保障是構建教育繫統運行的長效機製的基本措施。

National unity is the lifeline of the people of all ethnic groups. Effectively carrying out the national uni-ty education in Tibetan colleges and universities is related to social harmony and stability of the Tibet and evennational security. The national unity education system in Tibetan colleges and universities is statically composedof four elements: educators, education target, education media and education environment; dynamically, it in-cludes five operating links: researching, decision-making, practicing, organizing and coordinating, evaluatingfeedback and emergency warning. Straightening out relations, regulating behavior, communicating, and buildingsecurity system are basic measures of building the long-term mechanism of the education system.
