"假性教育教学能力"是通过"技术模式"被塑造出来的一种能力。与真正的教育教学能力相比较,"假性教育教学能力"只能回答教师资格考试中的问题,却不能解决真实的教育教学问题。与真正的教育教学能力相比较,"假性教育教学能力"仅仅是技术性的,不具有"行动中反思"的能力。"假性教育教学能力"不能解决真实的教育教学问题,但是却能够帮助教师资格申请人通过国家教师资格考试,因此,"假性教育教学能力"会让不具有教师资格的人"成为"教师。消除教师资格考试中的"假性教育教学能力"需要增加教师资格考试对申请人教育教学生活史的考查;需要建立"实践性"的教师培养机制。

"The false education and teaching ability"is a kind of ability created by "technology model".Compared with the real education and teaching ability,"The false education and teaching ability"canonly answer the questions in teachers' qualification examinations,but can't solve the problem of real education and teaching.Compared with the real education and teaching ability,"the false education and teaching ability"is merely technical,and does not have the ability of"reflection-in-action"."The false education and teaching ability"can't solve the problem of real education and teaching,but it can help the teacher qualification applicants pass the national teachers' qualification examinations.Therefore,"the false education and teaching ability"can make people who do not have the qualifications for teachers"become"teachers.Eliminating"the false education and teaching ability"of teachers' qualification examinations,needs to examine the applicants' education and teaching life history,and establish the "practical"mechanism of teacher preparation.
