借用化学学科中的“同分异构”理论对中西方大学文化进行界定和分析，是将自然科学领域的理论与方法应用于中西方大学文化问题研究的一种尝试。通过运用“同分异构”理论及其方法，对中西方大学文化结构和历史演化机制进行了论述，并对中西方大学文化“同分异构”现象及生成机理进行了分析，认为中西方大学文化可在一定程度上被视为“同分异构体”；为科学解释中西方大学文化间存在的差异、矛盾和冲突等现象，进而实现彼此间的融合与转换提供了新的理论依据。
藉用化學學科中的“同分異構”理論對中西方大學文化進行界定和分析，是將自然科學領域的理論與方法應用于中西方大學文化問題研究的一種嘗試。通過運用“同分異構”理論及其方法，對中西方大學文化結構和歷史縯化機製進行瞭論述，併對中西方大學文化“同分異構”現象及生成機理進行瞭分析，認為中西方大學文化可在一定程度上被視為“同分異構體”；為科學解釋中西方大學文化間存在的差異、矛盾和遲突等現象，進而實現彼此間的融閤與轉換提供瞭新的理論依據。

It＇ s a new attempt to apply theories and methods used in natural science to the study of Chinese and Western university culture. Isomerism, a theory in chemistry, is also used to define and analyze Chinese and Western university culture. With isomerism theory, the study discusses structure and evolution mechanism of Chinese and Western university culture, and analyzes isomerism and the mechanism which gave rise to it. Research shows that, to some extent, Chinese and Western university culture can be seen as isomers. The introduction of isomerism theory into the study of Eastern and Western universities provides a theoretical basis to explain the differences, contradictions and conflicts between Chinese and Western university culture scientifically, and to achieve the integration and transformation between them.
