本文采用1997—2012年新丝绸之路经济带FDI面板数据从基尼系数和ER、EGR、LU三大指数角度研究了外商直接投资空间差距、极化现象,并构建动态面板模型实证分析了各因素的影响效果及显著性水平。结果表明：新丝绸之路经济带的经贸投资发展较快,西南区域内和西北区域内差距稳定且较小,西南、西北区域间差距较大且呈上升趋势;外商直接投资空间极化程度呈现先降后升的“V”形趋势。宏观经济、交通基础设施、人力资本和产业集聚均对新丝绸之路经济带外商直接投资具有某种影响,但影响效果不同。

This paper studies space disequilibrium and polarization degree about foreign direct inveslanent by using Gini - coefficient, ER, EGR and LU indexes with the FDI panel data of the new silk road economic belt from 1997 to 2012. It builds a dynamic panel model to analyze empirically the factors＇ effect and significance level, and results show that： the foreign direct investment of new silk road economic belt grows fast, however there is a space gap. The extent of space gap of group southwest and group northwest appears smaU and stable. The interregional space gap of group southwest and group northwest remains big. The degree of space polarization of foreign direct investment is from low to high trend, which presents a ＂V＂. The foreign direct investment is affected by macroeconomic factors, transportation infrastructure factors, human capital factors and industry agglomeration factors, but the effect of factors are different. On this basis, this paper proposes policy and recommendations of a balanced development for new silk road economic belt accordingly.
