以学生发展理论为框架，从大学生志愿服务参与的动机、过程、结果三个层面，对志愿服务参与与学生发展之间的关联性进行了分析。研究结果表明，大学生志愿服务参与具有强社会嵌入性，参与深度与发展成果间呈正相关。它对于大学生的情感性发展、能力性发展、道德性发展产生递进式效用，两者间形成一种螺旋阶梯式关联模型。

According to the framework of student development theory, the paper analyzes the correla- tion between volunteer service participation and student development from the motivation,the process and the results. The conclusion shows that Volunteer Service Participation between college students is characteristics of ＂strong social embedded,＂ and there is a positive correlation between the depth and development results of the two. It helps improve emotional development, capacity development and moral development for college students. So it forms the the formation of a stepwise association model between volunteer service participation and student development .
