民族区域自治制度是中国共产党坚持实事求是解决我国民族问题的最佳国家结构形式选择。当前我国在坚持和完善民族区域自治制度过程中还存在理论纷争失实、治理政策落实难等问题,症结主要在于实事求是思想路线没有得到有效落实。要深入贯彻2014年中央民族工作会议精神,以实事求是的态度正确把握民族区域自治制度创设的历史必然性、民族区域自治制度在中国特色社会主义制度中的重要地位、新阶段中央关于坚持和完善民族区域自治制度的战略部署及民族自治地方发展新常态,更加积极有为地筑牢民族区域自治制度自信的根基。

The system of regional autonomy for nationalities is the best choice form of state structure of the Chinese Communist Party to solve the ethnic problem by insisting on the principle of seeking truth from facts. Currently,there are some problems such as the illusion of false in theory,the difficulty of implementing governance policies in the process of adhering and improving the system of regional autonomy for nationalities in our country. The crux is that the ideology of seeking truth from facts is not effectively implemented. We should further implement the spirit of the central ethnic work conference,correctly understand the historical inevitability of the system of regional autonomy for nationalities by the attitude of seeking truth from facts. We should know that the system of regional autonomy for nationalities has an important position in the system of socialism with Chinese characteristics. We should grasp the new normal which is to adhere and improve the system of regional autonomy for nationalities in the new stage and the development in areas of regional autonomy for nationalities. We should be more active and have built the firm foundations of the confident in the system of regional autonomy for nationalities.
