目前,我国数量巨大而参与人数难以估计的城乡草根组织处于管理与研究的空白地带。本文运用常人方法学的实践局部性、索引性、权宜性和反身性概念,分析云南省的白族莲池会、景颇族妇女禁毒联防队和藏族姐妹会的组织结构、背景愿望、运作策略和社会空间,以期推动对少数民族地区的乡村妇女组织进行相关探讨。

목전,아국수량거대이삼여인수난이고계적성향초근조직처우관리여연구적공백지대。본문운용상인방법학적실천국부성、색인성、권의성화반신성개념,분석운남성적백족련지회、경파족부녀금독련방대화장족저매회적조직결구、배경원망、운작책략화사회공간,이기추동대소수민족지구적향촌부녀조직진행상관탐토。
At present,both administration and academic research never throw light on the rapidly growing,huge and countless grass- root organizations in civic and rural areas. With the key concepts of practical locality,indexity,contingency and reflexivity in ethnomethodology,the present paper will focus on the construction,background,strategy and social space of three organizations,i. e. the Bai＇s Lianchihui,the Jinpo＇s Anti- Drug Team and the Zang＇s Sister Group in Yunnan in order to improve the academic situation of rural women organization in minority region.
