通过对贡山县、兰坪县和环江县的调查,发现人口较少民族聚居地区的农村最低生活保障存在救助标准低、地方财政压力大、人口较少民族群众不太满意等问题。对于这些问题,建议采取扶持人口较少民族政策、提升农村最低生活保障的救助标准、加大中央和省级财政对农村最低生活保障的支持力度等措施来加以解决。
通過對貢山縣、蘭坪縣和環江縣的調查,髮現人口較少民族聚居地區的農村最低生活保障存在救助標準低、地方財政壓力大、人口較少民族群衆不太滿意等問題。對于這些問題,建議採取扶持人口較少民族政策、提升農村最低生活保障的救助標準、加大中央和省級財政對農村最低生活保障的支持力度等措施來加以解決。

Through investigating Gongshan county, Lanping county and Huanjiang county, discover that the rural minimum living security in the regions where minority nationalities with less population live in compact communities have some problems,such as the assistance standard is low,the local public finance is under a lot of pressure,the masses of the minorities with less population is not satisfied with it,and so on. Advise that we should make the most of the policy about supporting the minorities with less population,raise the assistance standard of the rural minimum living security,the central and provincial finance should strengthen the support related to the rural minimum living security,and so on.
