当少数民族学生进入民族高校时,就从自己的母体文化进入到民族高校的多元文化环境中。文化同化与冲突过程中,民族学生形成了不同的民族态度。积极的民族认同和低偏见有利于民族学生更好地融入学校社会,对现实及未来的民族问题解决具有一定的积极作用,因此,促进民族高校民族学生民族态度的正向发展当前各方面需要关注的重要问题。基于文化同化与冲突视野,分析了影响民族学生民族认同及偏见的主要因素,从理论上归纳了民族学生可能存在的民族态度倾向,提出了要从学校和社会两个方面共同促进民族学生积极的民族认同和低偏见。

When the minority students to enter universitie s for nationalities, from their own native culture into a multicultural environment in Ethnic Colleges and universities. In the process of cultural assimilation and conflict, ethnic students form different ethnic attitudes. Positive ethnic identity and low bias in favor of minority students to better integrate into the school and society,has a positive role in the reality and the future to solve national problems,thus promoting the development of national important question positive attitude of ethnic national minority university students in the need to pay attention to,below cultural assimilation and conflict perspective,analyzes the main influence factors of ethnic identity ethnic students and prejudices,theoretically summarizes the possible existence of ethnic minority students attitude,made from two aspects of school and society to promote national students positive ethnic identity and low bias.
