目前我国的体育教学存在体育锻炼方法过于单调的问题,如果学生不能从体育锻炼中感受到乐趣,他们便不会愿意积极地参加体育锻炼。我国少数民族传统体育锻炼方式丰富多样,富有趣味性,如果能开展＂多合一＂式少数民族传统体育选项课,便会提高学生体育锻炼的兴趣。本文针对＂多合一＂式少数民族传统体育选项课推广的可行性问题进行研究。

목전아국적체육교학존재체육단련방법과우단조적문제,여과학생불능종체육단련중감수도악취,타문편불회원의적겁지삼가체육단련。아국소수민족전통체육단련방식봉부다양,부유취미성,여과능개전＂다합일＂식소수민족전통체육선항과,편회제고학생체육단련적흥취。본문침대＂다합일＂식소수민족전통체육선항과추엄적가행성문제진행연구。
Currently, Chinese physical education is too monotonous on exercising methods. The students are not willing to take physical education automatically unless they feel happy in it. The ethnic physical exercising way is various and full of interest which can be used to improve our traditional physical education. The optional ethnic physical education lessons will increase the interest of the students. The feasibility of this kind of lessons will deeply discussed during this research.
