自新世纪初开始,中国内地的妇女、婚姻家庭领域的社会工作实务经历了最初的艰难发展,目前在各个方面均取得了一定的成绩。从专业服务队伍发展、专业服务开展、专业服务平台建立、相关规章制度的建立等方面对实务发展的情况进行了梳理,从服务对象、主要领域、服务方法与主要模式等方面对主要服务对象和领域进行了归纳。在文章的最后,笔者从专业化、职业化、拓展现有服务领域以及政策制定等层面对未来社会工作实务的发展进行了展望。

Since the early 21st century , the social work practice related to the women in the interior of China, their marriages and fami- lies has gone through a tough development at the early stage and obtained some achievements in all aspects now. This paper gives a summary of this social work practice in terms of the construction of the professional teams, platforms, rules and systems as well as such aspects of services as the targets, scopes, methods and modes. It finally predicts the future development of this social work in terms of specialization, profession, domain and policy- making.
