新中国成立以来,机关事业单位收入分配政策的调整始终围绕着"公平与效率"展开。绩效工资制度的实施拉开了新一轮事业单位收入分配制度改革的序幕,在收入分配领域正确处理公平与效率的关系、实现二者的统一成为社会关注的热点问题。从公平与效率交替理论视角深入剖析事业单位现行收入分配制度的问题,并遵循理论原则,有针对性地提出事业单位收入分配制度改革的对策和建议极具现实意义。
新中國成立以來,機關事業單位收入分配政策的調整始終圍繞著"公平與效率"展開。績效工資製度的實施拉開瞭新一輪事業單位收入分配製度改革的序幕,在收入分配領域正確處理公平與效率的關繫、實現二者的統一成為社會關註的熱點問題。從公平與效率交替理論視角深入剖析事業單位現行收入分配製度的問題,併遵循理論原則,有針對性地提齣事業單位收入分配製度改革的對策和建議極具現實意義。

Since the establishment of the People's Republic of China, the adjustment of the salary distribution policy for government or- gans and institutions has focused on "fairness and efficiency". With the new implementing of the performance -related pay reform, the proper handling of the relations between fairness and efficiency in terms of the income distribution and their integration has become a hot issue in China. This paper analyzes the existing problems of the income distribution system for government organs and institutions of China from the perspective of fairness and efficiency. It finally puts forward some corresponding countermeasures and suggestions based on the relevant theories.
