根据图书馆从业人员绩效评价的影响因素与信息的特点来完善图书馆从业人员绩效评价指标体系是亟待解决问题。本文基于图书馆从业人员的特点,以人才绩效评价的四大维度"德、能、勤、绩"作为构建图书馆从业人员绩效评价指标体系研究的路径,运用结构方程模型中二阶验证因素与AMOS19.0和SPSS19.0软件来分析图书馆从业人员绩效评价的关键影响因素,结果表明图书馆从业人员的思想品质、能力指标、工作态度、业绩评价这四大维度都是影响图书馆从业人员绩效评价的关键指标,由此来构建图书馆从业人员绩效评价模型,并对该模型进行检验与分析。

According to the influence factors of public library personnel performance evaluation and the characteristics of in- formation. How to improve index system of public library personnel performance evaluation is urgent problem to be solved, this ar- ticle was based on the characteristics of public library personnel, from four dimensions of performance evaluation “morality, abili- ty, work, performance” as the index system research way for constructing public library personnel performance evaluation. By AMOS19.0 and SPSS19.0, the paper adopt the method of multistage structural equation model of second - order factors to analysis the key factors which affecting the performance evaluation of personnel in the public library, and verification or correction the per- formance evaluation model. At Last, the study found that “quality, ability index, work attitude and the performance evaluation”were all key indicators affecting of public library personnel performance evaluation, and the paper provided a reference to the future research of public library personnel performance evaluation index system.
