文章概述了大数据环境对企业发展的影响,分析了企业信息管理未来的变革趋势,指出企业竞争情报工作地位日益突出。为了让企业能够在大数据环境下及时的分析出实时、精准、大价值的情报,企业必须按照大数据的要求,建设企业竞争情报运行保障机制。最后,作者从完善企业信息化建设,重建现有的情报运行机制、构建大数据环境下的企业交互式竞争情报系统,充分利用云计算技术,建立开放的数据监控、收集、决策支持工具平台,建立能充分激发知识型员工积极性的契约性激励机制等方面,阐述了构建完善的企业竞争情报运行保障机制的思路和方法。

This paper summarized the impact of big data environment for the development of enterprises, analyzed the change trend of enterprise information management in the future, and pointed out the status of enterprise competitive intelligence work was increasingly outstanding. In order to allow enterprises to produce the real- time,' accurate and valuable information in big data environment, enterprises should build the supporting mechanism of enterprise competitive intelligence system's work effi- ciently in accordance with the requirements of big data. Finally, the author expounded the ideas and methods of constructing per- fect supporting mechanism of enterprise competitive intelligence system's work efficiently. The enterprise must improve and perfect the construction of its informatization, rebuild the existing intelligence operation mechanism, establish the interactive enterprise competitive intelligence system in the big data environment, set up the open platform using the cloud computing technology to mon- itor data, collect data and to make decision, construct incentive mechanism of knowledge workers based on psychological contract to fully improve their enthusiasm etc.
