对我国7所高校1870名大学生的心理资本发展现状调查研究结果显示:大学生心理资本得分总体处于中等偏上水平,其中,韧性得分最高,自我效能感得分最低;在9个因素中,乐观解释风格、价值观和乐观人格倾向得分高,自我效能感积累、任务目标和路径意识得分低;大学生心理资本发展水平随年级升高呈现整体上升趋势:不同办学层次高校学生、不同生源地学生和不同性别学生之间的心理资本发展水平存在差异。

This study surveyed 1870 undergraduates from 7 universities regarding the developmental states of psychological capital. Result indicated that undergraduates' psychological capital is generally better than the average, among which resilience revealed the highest score whereas self-efficacy scored lowest in all the dimensions. Optimistic explanatory style, values and dispositional optimism showed higher scores and self-efficacy accumulation, task-objective and consciousness of path got lower score in the 9 factors. Developmental level of undergraduates' psychological capital overall elevated with grade promotion. Moreover, there were differences concerning student resource, university level and gender in the developmental level of undergraduates' psychological capital.
