浙江建设职业技术学院从破解校企合作中校“热”企“冷”的困境入手。打破传统“订单式”的局限、推进校企从“合作”走向“融合”，充分满足不同学生成长的需求，创造性地构建“1＋”模式。并通过体制机制创新，形成开放型校企融合发展的新格局，取得实效。

절강건설직업기술학원종파해교기합작중교“열”기“랭”적곤경입수。타파전통“정단식”적국한、추진교기종“합작”주향“융합”，충분만족불동학생성장적수구，창조성지구건“1＋”모식。병통과체제궤제창신，형성개방형교기융합발전적신격국，취득실효。
Starting with breaking the deadlock of one-sided enthusiasm in university-enterprise cooperation, Zhejiang College of Construction breaks through the limitation of traditional ＂customized program＂. The college boosts university-enterprise cooperation into integration, aiming to fit with personal development of different students. Zhejiang College of Construction innovatively establishes the ＂1 ＋＂ Model through innovation both in system and mechanism. New framework of open university-enterprise integration development comes into being and corresponding achievement is also made.
