高等学校档案学本科教育是我国档案人才输出的重要基地。本文从社会需求的视角出发，指出我国档案学本科教学存在的问题和不足，提出档案学本科教学应从构建合理的课程体系，合理设计知识模块，丰富实践教学体系，积极开展国际合作等方面进行改革，以满足社会对档案人才的多方面需求。
高等學校檔案學本科教育是我國檔案人纔輸齣的重要基地。本文從社會需求的視角齣髮，指齣我國檔案學本科教學存在的問題和不足，提齣檔案學本科教學應從構建閤理的課程體繫，閤理設計知識模塊，豐富實踐教學體繫，積極開展國際閤作等方麵進行改革，以滿足社會對檔案人纔的多方麵需求。

The undergraduate archival education of institutions of higher learning is the important base of the archival personnel output in our country. From the perspective of the social demand, this article points out the problems and insufficiency in the undergraduate course teaching, proposes that the archival science undergraduate education should be reformed in order to satisfy the diverse social requirements for archival personnel by re-building a reasonable course system, designing the reasonable knowledge module, enriching the teaching system of the practice, and actively carrying out the international cooperation, etc..
