来华留学生教育主要是为了加强中国文化国际传播能力建构,巩固中外交流合作的民意和社会基础。国际交流事业是民心工程,在“一带一路”及新疆核心区建设的大背景下,留学生教育是实现民心相通的重要途径之一。鉴于此,对留学生仅仅进行智力和语言的教育还远远不够,需将情感教育放在重要位置,培养一批知华、友华、爱华人士。文本以新疆师范大学的留学生教育为例,从“课堂教学”和“日常生活”两个层面,简要论述了在情感教育中应采取亲情和友情策略,让留学生的情感因素在文化的碰撞中不断提升,使留学生更为积极、主动地融入中国社会。

The education for international students at home is intended to intensify construction on the international communication capability of Chinese culture and consolidate the public opinion and social basis for Sino-foreign coooperation and communication.International communication is a livelihood project. At the backdrop of "one belt and one road"as well as construction on Xinjiang as a core region, education for ingternational students is one of important approaches to fluent international communication. Thus,merely intellectual and language learning for international students are far from enough and emotional education needs to be given top priority to cultivate a group of personnages who know,love and treat China friendly.The essay takes education for international students in Xinjiang Normal University as a case and expounds in brief what friendly strategy should be taken in emotional education to have international students' emotional factors be sublimated in cultural clash and international students be melted into China's society.
