采用描述性统计分析、平均数差异检验、单因素方差分析、多因素方差分析等方法对508名足球运动员的比赛应对方式，在运动等级、年龄、性别等方面的差异进行了考察。结论：总体上，我国足球运动员在比赛中遇到应激事件时，能够积极、成熟的应对。除了注重情绪的应对在年龄变量上没有显著差异外，两种应对均在年龄、性别和运动等级上表现出显著差异。男运动员比女运动员更多地选择注重问题的应对，女运动员比男运动员更多地选择注重情绪的应对；年长的运动员比年轻运动员更多的选择注重问题的应对；运动等级较高的运动员比运动等级较低的运动员更多的选择注重问题的应对。

This study analyzed coping strategy of 508 football players in sport grade, age, gender aspects by the methods of descriptive statistical analysis, mean difference test, one - way analysis of variance, and multi - way a- nalysis of variance. Conclusions ： China football players can cope with stressful event positively and maturely on the whole. Except less significant difference of motional coping in variable of age, the emotional coping strategy and problem coping strategy have showed significant differences in age, gender and sport grade. Male players focus more on the problem coping than female players, and female players focus more on emotional coping;senior players focus more on the selection of problem coping than junior players ; the high level sport grade players focus more on the problem coping than the low level players.
