目的:以IC法为参照,探讨Sense Wear Pro3 Armband(SWA)在高温高湿环境不同强度运动中监测能耗的有效性,为特殊环境下SWA的准确应用提供参考。方法:10名成年男性在温度(33±1)℃,相对湿度65%±3%的高温高湿环境中,分别完成40%VO2max、60%VO2max、80%VO2max的跑台运动,运动时间20min。使用固定式气体代谢仪(Cortex Meta Lyzer 3B)和SWA测定运动过程中的能量消耗。对预测数据进行配对t检验、回归分析、相关性分析、ICC系数以及Bland-Altman一致性检验。结果:SWA低估安静状态(低估7.6%)及60%VO2max(低估15.4%)和80%VO2max(低估28.8%)2个强度下的能耗,高估40%VO2max(高估15.6%)强度下的能耗。不同强度运动中,SWA与IC预测能耗相比,r值为0.73~0.85,ICC值范围为0.77~0.90,相关性和一致性较好。结论:在高温高湿环境中运动,SWA预测的能耗值与间接测热法之间有较高的相关性和一致性,SWA更适合在中低强度运动中来预测运动中的能耗。

Objective: This study investigated the validation of Sense Wear( SWA) in estimating energy expenditure during exercise in high temperature and humidity environment for application of SWA,by using IC method as a reference. Methods: Ten male adults underwent 20 min treadmill exercise at 40% VO2max,60% VO2max,80%VO2maxrespectively in high temperature and humidity environment( temperature( 33 ± 1) ℃,relative humidity( 65 ± 3) %). Energy expenditure was measured by fixed gas metabolism apparatus( Cortex Meta Lyzer 3B) and SWA( Sense Wear Pro3 Armband). Data was analyzed by the methods of paired t test,regression analysis,correlation analysis,ICC coefficient and Bland-Altman. Results: SWA underestimated the energy expenditure of quiet state( 7. 6%),60% VO2maxintensity exercise( 15. 4%) and 80% VO2maxintensity exercise( 28. 8%),but it overestimated the energy expenditure of 40% VO2maxintensity exercise( 15. 6%). The relevance and consistency of SWA and IC in predicting energy consumption were good( r = 0. 73- 0. 85,IC = 0. 77- 0. 90). Conclusion: In high temperature and humidity environment,there are high relevance and high consistency between the predicting energy expenditure of SWA and IC. SWA is more suitable for estimating energy expenditure in low intensity exercise.
