The reindustrialization strategy and "industry 4.0" plan of the developed countries will have a significant impact on the international industry system. The key direction of innovative transformation of manufacturing industry in Shanghai is to build the new system of modern manufacturing industry. This paper analyses industry destructive characteristics and industry innovation ability in 28 industry of shanghai manufacturing industry, and further proposes the innovation mode of Shanghai manufacturing enterprises on this foundation.
