大数据给传媒业的发展带来了诸多机遇与挑战。大数据拓宽了传媒业的信息来源,提高了传播效率。但是,大数据数据采集的全面性与传媒业依法保护相关权利主体的要求相冲突,大数据注重的数据相关性与传媒业对因果关系的追求相冲突,大数据追求的商业价值取向与传媒业注重社会价值取向相冲突。而正是这种原生意义上的冲突导致了传媒业在大数据使用上的误区:即混用传媒业务人才和大数据人才、将新闻数据等同于数据新闻、数据用途单一、数据造假或过渡依赖数据等等,为此,传媒业在应用大数据时要明确应用标准,提高数据采集能力、建设适用数据库,注重分析核心数据,加强对数据的重复使用,适时开放数据库、实现数据共享。

Big data has brought many opportunities and challenges to the development of the media industry, broade- ning the information sources of the media industry and improving the spreading efficiency. However, some conflicts also emerge between the comprehensiveness of datum collection of big data and the requirements of the media indus- try to protect the right subject related in accordance with the law, between the datum correlation on which the big data focus and the causality of which the media industry is in pursuit and between the commercial value that the big data go after and the social value orientation that the media industry emphasize. And it is such conflicts in primary sense that lead to the misapplications of big data in the current media industry, which are embodied by mixing up the media professionals with big data professionals, equating the data of news with news of data, the singleness of data use, data fraud or over - reliance on data and so on. For this reason, the media industry should specify the ap- plication standard in the application of big data, improve datum collection ability, construct the applicable data- base, attach importance to the analysis of the core data, timely and realize data sharing. strengthen the reapplications of data, open the database
